On Friday February 18 students of 2 º ESO was lucky to have the presence of the writer Cecilia Dominguez Luis to exchange views on his book "That Summer." Our institute participated in the Project of the Ministry of Education "Reading the Canaries," and we sent 30 copies of the book mentioned. We decided to read it in a few hours of tutoring and English Language and together / as we organize to share this material.
Reading of "That Summer" hooked to 98% of the students, as is experience and family issues for adolescents.
Several students asked the author in her Intervenció if there will be a sequel, but according to the author, the book is open ended so that each one imagine his own history.
